The hotel has a beautiful lobby and friendly staff, especially Selma, who provided excellent service during breakfast. Unfortunately, my room was outdated and had plumbing issues, but I appreciated the effort made by the team to resolve them. Overall, I'd consider returning once renovations are complete.

Family with children friendly
I had a pleasant stay, and the breakfast was surprisingly good for a nice price of just $5. I also met this really nice guy at the bar, Stanley, who shared all sorts of info about the place and the great things they are planning for the future.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for.

It was just a great match for shopping in Tucson with great value for money. My room looked nice, but the shower sprayed water everywhere due to a faulty door. Make sure to check the shower situation first before getting settled.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the comfy beds and the tasty breakfast each morning. The pool area was super chill, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The only downside was the slightly dated decor, but it didn't take away from the overall vibe. 😌

A Cozy Stay with Exceptional Staff!
I had a cozy night in a standard king room and the service from Alyssa at check-in was exceptional. The hotel boasts chic decor and lovely large balconies. However, dining options were limited, so I recommend exploring nearby restaurants for dinner instead of the in-house offerings.

missingWrote a review on Apr 12beautiful lobbyvariety breakfastclean roomcleanliness issuessafety concernskey problems
The hotel has a great location with easy access to downtown and highways, which I appreciated. The lobby looked beautiful and welcoming. My room was clean, and I found the bed comfortable for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast offered a decent variety, which kicked off my day nicely. However, the exterior needs serious attention. There was trash and stains all over. The entrance felt uninviting, especially with the overflowing trash can. I also had issues with my room key not working several times during check-in. On top of that, the walls felt thin, letting in noise from other guests. I encountered some strange behavior from a man lurking around the pool area, which made me feel uneasy. The overall safety felt compromised. I wished the staff had better protocols in place for maintaining cleanliness around the hotel and ensuring guest security. The restaurant closed way too early for a hotel, limiting dining options for late arrivals like me, which was disappointing.

The hotel features beautiful, accessible areas with a lovely courtyard, providing a peaceful and elegant atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the well-maintained grounds and the welcoming vibe of the staff, making it feel like a home away from home.
Improvement needed in room soundproofing.

The breakfast was a lovely surprise, with fresh scrambled eggs and a delicious variety of pastries! However, the bathroom setup lacked privacy with a barn door that didn't close well. 🤷♂️
